About NRI Institute of Technology
NRI Institute of Technology (NRIIT), established in 2008 by the MNK Educational Society, is a leading autonomous institution committed to academic excellence, ethical values, and holistic education. Founded under the visionary leadership of Sri Ravindra, Chairman, NRIIT integrates global educational standards with India’s rich cultural ethos to prepare students for the challenges of a rapidly evolving world.
Located on a 10.94-acre green campus at Visadala Village, near Guntur, Andhra Pradesh, the institute offers a serene and eco-friendly learning environment while remaining well connected to major urban centers. The campus features modern academic infrastructure, advanced laboratories, digital learning facilities, transport services, sports amenities, auditoriums, and uninterrupted power and water systems.
NRIIT is Autonomous, affiliated to Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada (JNTUK), and approved by AICTE, New Delhi. The institute offers 7 Undergraduate and 5 Postgraduate programmes in Engineering and Management, designed in alignment with emerging technologies, industry needs, and societal relevance.
The institute has a vibrant and diverse academic community of 3,235 students in the 2024–25 academic year, including NRI students, reflecting sustained growth, diverse, and increasing global acceptance.
Guided by the Indian philosophy of “Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam” (The World is One Family), NRIIT promotes inclusivity, ethical conduct, leadership, and social responsibility.
